Who owns TCI?
TCI is a privately held corporation. Jeramiah Townsend is the current CEO.
Does Jeramiah Townsend make all the decision for the company?
Although Jeramiah makes most business decisions for TCI, TCI operates with a board of advisors who are regularly consulted. These advisors are made up of various business owners and leaders.
Do you have a physical office?
No. We USE to have a physical office. What we found was that 99% of the time we meet with clients at their business location. This helps us to better understand your business practices and how to serve you better. This means if we still had a physical office we would be wasting $1,000 to $2,000 per month. (Boy I wish I knew this earlier!)

What’s the most important part of business for TCI?
The most important thing would be character. We strive to have the highest level of character and integrity. We want only the best service for our customers. If you don’t want the best, or a company that will strive for the best for you, please don’t hire us.
How long have you been building web sites or offering marketing services?
We have been building web sites and offering marketing services since 2007. At the time Jeramiah, the current CEO, was working with Steven D. Schlagel as an accountant and business consultant. January of 2010 we began offering our marketing and web design services exclusively.
