I still believe this is not the forum in which you should put a negative review about any BNI member. Since Buzztown has reps in the Durango chapters, and you indicated they are all under the umbrella of one company and one owner, it is clear that Buzztown is currently a member of BNI, and any negative complaints, reviews or comments you may have about a BNI member should be taken to the Membership Committee of the chapter(s) where they have a representative of this company, not to be posted in such public place as your website. We can have further discussion of this, privately, after I meet with Support Services of BNI and get a definitive answer from them as to whether or not you are in violation of BNI's Code of Ethics. .All future comment or discussions on this matter should be done privately. I don't know. I tried contacting Steve Linn to discuss the issue after Kricket decided she didn't want to resolve the problem. I was unable to do so.
