I work 12 to 17 hours a day... so I put in the hours in my business. And my business has taken off. What i have found is most people are not willing to spend the time, effort, or energy to build a company. Some people are happy just having a job. That's okay. Those people make easy competition. Yes, I have tried the plugin. I have found that it doesn't really save any time or any steps in transferring a site, it is intensive on the mysql and might make your site go down. The big issue about making updates is doing the research to find out if there are any known conflicts with existing plugins BEFORE you do the update. If you perform the update and there are conflicts... critical parts of your site might go down for weeks or even longer.
