Marketing Plans

Marketing plans are the #1 best way to grow your business

A marketing plan answers the questions about how you’re going to run your business on a day to day basis.  It identifies who your clients are, where they come from, how you should sell to them, and how to test and measure what you’re doing so that you can continue to improve your business.

Here at TCI we provide 3 different Marketing plans.

1) Start Up Marketing Plan

The Start up Marketing plan is a 3 to 5 page report on your business or new business idea.  It is geard to answer questions for new business start ups.

To complete a Start Up Marketing plan we schedule a meeting for about 3 hours to discuss your business idea in detail.  We answer essential questions about your business like:

  • Who are your clients? (It’s not everyone)
  • What sets you apart from the competition?
  • What products or services will you provide?
  • How will you get business?
  • How will you convince people to purchase from you?
  • What experience will your customers have with you?
After our meeting TCI will create an official printed copy of your marketing plan and schedule a 30 minute meeting to discuss your marketing plan with you and how you can grow your business.
Start up marketing plans run $299

2) Standard Marketing Plans

The Standard Marketing plan is a 20 to 30 page report detailing what a business is currently doing, what information they can or should be collecting, and specific points that can be analyzed to grow your business.
Standard Marketing Plans are intended for an established business that has not considered marketing before or does not have extensive existing marketing systems in place.  Generally these businesses have been around for at least 6 to 12 months and have a basic idea on who is buying from them, what they have been advertising, etc.

Your standard marketing plan will detail:
  • What information you’re missing from your customers
  • What sales opportunities your current strategies are missing
  • Specific Key Predictive Indicators (KPI’s) that you can track to improve your business and sales

3) Detailed Marketing Plans

A detailed marketing plan is a 70+ page report detailing the procedures and forms of a business.  (A Detailed Marketing plan is over twice the size of Standard Marketing plans!)  It is intended for an established business, businesses having multiple employees, businesses that want a definite competitive edge on their competition, or a business that has plateaued in performance and wants specifics on how to continue to grow and become more profitable.
Detailed marketing plans are completed the same way as Standard Marketing plans but go into much greater depth and detail.  We set up a series of weekly meetings to discuss your business and identify what you are doing and how to improve.  In the finished marketing plan we include a copy of all forms used in your business.  Detailed marketing plans can take 2 to 4 months to complete, depending on how aggressively we meet and what information is available.
We have detailed reports available on your specific business type, your competition, their income levels, and how they are performing.  These reports are available for an additional fee.
Your detailed marketing plan will include all the points of a standard marketing plan but in much much greater detail.  It will also include various strategic growth opportunities through business expansions, spin offs, or acquisitions.
Detailed marketing plans start at $4,000 and are billed in 12 equal monthly installments (about $334 per month for 12 months).
